• Storage Options: All storage spaces are outdoors (no indoor storage available).

• Utilities & Amenities: Water may be available. There is no electricity access, and no dump stations are on-site.

Vehicle & Maintenance Policies

• Vehicle Requirements: All vehicles must generally be model year 2010 or newer, in very good running condition, and free from any cosmetic damage or graffiti. We require copies of current registration and insurance for the duration of your vehicle's stay.

• Older Vehicles: If your vehicle is older than 2010 but in good working order, please detail its condition on the storage quote form.

• Vehicle Maintenance: Only minor repairs or maintenance are permitted with prior office approval. Major work (such as oil changes) is strictly prohibited.
