Coyote Storage Policies and General Information Agreement

Please Note: The following policies are an official part of your signed Rental Agreement and are strictly enforced by Coyote Storage.

As the customer (“Occupant”), you are responsible for making sure these rules are followed. This includes full responsibility for the behavior and actions of anyone you allow onto the property or who uses your gate key to access the storage yard.

Driveway and Gate (monitored by surveillance cameras):

  1. We take driving slowly on our property very seriously.  Blanchard Road is a private drive.  Please respect our property and privacy by SLOWLY COASTING up, over and in between the speed bumps.  Always drive very slowly through the gate and in the storage yard.

  2. DO NOT ACCELERATE BETWEEN THE SPEED BUMPS or bounce your vehicle and/or trailer over the speed bumps and gate rails.  Anyone accelerating over and/or between the speed bumps or driving fast on the property will be evicted.

  3. Swipe your gate key on the way in and out, even if the gate is open, or if you are behind another customer that is going in or out of the yard.  If the gate is closing, it will not re-open upon approach.  Do not attempt to pass through as it is closing.  Slowly drive up to the card reader and swipe your key.  The gate should open or re-open if it has not fully closed.

  4. Wait for the gate to fully open before proceeding through.  Do not block or hold the gate open for any reason.

  5. DO NOT WRITE ON THE GATE KEY(s).  Notify us immediately if you have lost or misplaced your gate key(s).

  6. There will be a $25.00 replacement fee (per key) if a gate key is lost or damaged by the customer (refunded if found and returned undamaged).

Storage Yard:

  1. Always park your vehicle in a straight line and equal distance between the provided spacers.

  2. Please maintain a two foot distance between your vehicle and the fence at all times (if applicable).

  3. Slide-outs, bump-outs, stairs and/or steps must be fully retracted before you leave the storage yard.

  4. Never move or adjust space dividers, spacers, or markers.  Please contact our office if adjustments are needed.

  5. If you forget your space or space number, or if someone has inadvertently parked in your space, text us as soon as you can at the number below.  Do not park in an empty space unless directed so by our office.
